ABOUT THE COMPANY

Knottical Power and Energy Corporation operates as an energy business in the Philippines. The company’s petroleum operations include the selective sourcing, development of location-specific distribution of high grade Diesel and Gasoline for Commercial and Industrial clients via sophisticated methods to ensure quality along with convenience through custom solutions tailored to location-specific outlets, and marketing of Diesel, Gasoline, Petrochemicals and other lubricant products.

Knottical Power and Energy Corporation trades petroleum-based energy — Diesel, Gasoline and other lubricants — in the secondary market where it plays a very active role in wholesaling and retailing. The retail operation of the company involves Petrol K (Olanggo Island Fuel Inc), a related company that handles its’ retail operations through a gas station prototype for a “smart” and “green” model, which will eventually be scaled.

Knottical Power and Energy Corp specialises in filling stations at yacht clubs, private/public ports, piers, construction sites, mine sites, manufacturing hubs, sugar mills, steel mills and power-plants, to name but a few. Knottical Power also has a sister company that distributes Jet A1 and AVGas in 23 airports across the Philippines.

We are the leading operator Philippine archipelago and have substantial international activities. We are engaged in exploration, development and production of oil and gas, as well as wind and solar power. We sell crude oil and are a major supplier of natural gas, with activities in processing, refining, and trading. Our activities are managed through eight business areas, staffs and support divisions, and we have operations.
